How do I check out for a gift?
1) Sign in and open a person (or tap Send gift on any featured gift). 2) Tap Schedule gift next to their occasion. 3) Confirm the occasion date, which gift to send, the US shipping address, and an optional note. 4) Review the total on the final screen. 5) Tap Confirm and pay. If you haven't saved a card yet, we'll take you to Stripe's secure page to add one first. You'll see a success screen and get an email receipt, and the gift appears under Planned gifts.
When am I charged for a gift?
Right when you tap Confirm and pay on the final screen, even if the occasion is months away. Nothing is ever charged without that tap.
How does Daymark know what to send?
You pick a default gift category for each person—flowers, dessert, a curated box, or a card. We rotate the specific items seasonally so nothing feels repetitive.
Will I be charged automatically?
Never. We remind you 14 days ahead, and a gift only sends—and you're only charged—when you tap to approve it.
Is my card information safe?
Yes. Cards are saved and charged securely through Stripe. Daymark never sees or stores your full card number or security code.
How far ahead can I schedule?
Up to 365 days. Book a gift for any upcoming occasion and we'll make sure it arrives in the window before the day.
Is there a subscription?
Nope. Daymark is free to use. You only pay when a gift is sent on your behalf.
Can I cancel a gift?
Yes. Cancel at least 7 days before the arrival window for a full refund. Just email hello@withdaymark.com.
Where do you ship?
Currently the United States only.
Can I add a personal note?
Yes. Write a personal note when you confirm a gift and it ships with it.
Can I use Daymark from ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Connect Daymark to your AI assistant to add people and dates or check what's coming up. Every gift still needs your own tap in Daymark to confirm and pay.
